Golden Gate Larkspur Ferry Terminal (Map of the Larkspur Ferry Terminal)

Location: Marin County at 101 E. Sir Francis Drake Blvd., just east of U.S. Highway 101 in Larkspur, CA.

Directions: From points north of Larkspur, travel south on Highway 101 and take exit 450B San Anselmo/Sir Francis Drake Blvd. Keep left at the fork, follow signs directing you toward East Sir Francis Drake Blvd. Turn left on Sir Francis Drake Blvd (which becomes East Sir Francis Drake Blvd after traveling under the freeway). The ferry terminal is located on the right.

From points south of Larkspur, travel north on Highway 101 and take exit 450B toward Richmond Bridge. Merge onto E. Sir Francis Drake Blvd. The ferry terminal is located on the right at the first light.

Tickets: Ferry tickets may be purchased from ticket vending machines located at all Golden Gate Ferry terminals. Tickets may be purchased in advance and are useable on any ferry departure; they are not for a designated departure time or trip. Ticket machines are available during daily hours of operation.

Ticket vending machines also sell adult Clipper cards and allow existing Clipper card holders to add value to their cards. The Clipper card gives users a discount on the one-way single-ride fare and is useable on many other Bay Area transit systems. Visit www.clippercard.com for more information.

Effective July 8, 2011, the Larkspur Ferry Terminal ticket window will be open only to sell AT&T Park tickets on days of Giants ballgames and on the day before a Giants homestretch only. Call 511 (say "Golden Gate Transit")/TDD 711 for hours.

Parking: Larkspur Ferry Terminal has 1,800 parking spaces available to the public, including 30 carpool spaces (driver plus at least 1 passenger). In addition, the lot has 28 spaces for persons with disabilities and 2 spaces for electric vehicles (reserved for electric vehicles only until 11am daily). Parking is reserved for ferry customers only. The lot is monitored and use of this lot by non-ferry riders is strictly prohibited. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed.

Ferry customers can park their cars for free in the Larkspur lot for the first 24 hours. After the first 24 hours, vehicles will be ticketed on a daily basis until seventh day after the first 24 hours, when they will be towed. Ticket amount is $12 per day after the first 24 hours for ferry riders and $20 per day for non-ferry riders. For long term parking, customers can use the Marin Airporter Lot across the street and pay only $4 a day.

EV Charging Station at the Larkspur Ferry Terminal

The Larkspur Ferry Terminal has two Electric Vehicle Charging Stations.

Location: Downtown Sausalito at Humboldt and Anchor Streets.

Location: San Francisco's Financial District on the Embarcadero at the foot of Market Street behind San Francisco's Historic Ferry Building.
