Note: Ferry tickets may be purchased from ticket machines located at all Golden Gate Ferry Terminals. Tickets may be purchased in advance and are useable on any ferry departure; they are not for a designated departure time/trip. Ticket machines are open during the following hours: Larkspur Ferry Terminal - Weekdays from 6am to 8:50pm and Weekends from 9am to 4:30pm; Sausalito Ferry Landing - Weekday from 6am to 7:20pm and Weekends from 11am to 6:50pm; San Francisco Ferry Terminal - Weekdays from 6am to 9:35pm and Weekends from 9am to 7:30pm.

Giants Ferry tickets may be purchased from ticket machines at all Golden Gate Ferry Terminals. Advance purchase is strongly recommended. NEW for 2012: Use Clipper to ride the Giants Ferry! Also NEW FOR 2012: Reservations are recommended to guarantee your space on the Giants Ferry. Advance purchase of Giants Ferry reservations is strongly recommended. Reservation holders will be given priority boarding; remaining passengers will be boarded first come, first served. Giants Ferry reservations are $1 each way per person and are available on our online store (http://store.goldengate.org) and at the new Golden Gate Customer Service Center at the San Rafael Transit Center (open weekdays, 7am to 6pm).

 

 

FERRY DISCOUNT FARES

Ferry commuters:

Use Clipper to get a frequent rider discount. Clipper is not for group travel. Learn about the Commuter Check and TranBen transit benefit programs.

Seniors (65+)

 

50% off adult cash fare with a senior Clipper card, Regional Transit Connection Discount Card, identification card from another California transit service, or Medicare card.

Persons with disabilities:

50% off adult cash fare with DMV Disabled Placard ID Card, Regional Transit Connection Discount Card (RTC)*, Clipper/RTC card, Medicare card, or identification card for persons with disabilities from another transit service.

Medicare cardholders:

50% off adult cash fare.

Youth ages 6 to 18:

50% off adult cash fare when paying cash or using Clipper.

Children 5 and under:

Children ages 5 and under travel free when accompanied by a full fare paying adult (limit two youth per adult).

 

* RTC Discount Cards are issued by calling Whistlestop Wheels at
415/456-9062 (Monday-Thursday, 10 am-3 pm) or Golden Gate Transit at
