Due to overnight lane closures on the Golden Gate Bridge and limited parking in and around the Chase Center, North Bay fans are strongly encouraged to ride Golden Gate Ferry's service to/from the arena. Fans choosing to drive to San Francisco should use the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge and San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge to access the Chase Center.

Ticket Cost:

  • $14.00 each way, per person
  • Children 4 & under FREE w/ registration (limit 2 per fare-paying adult). All children 4 & under must be registered to ride the Chase Center ferry. To register a child, email us at FerryKids@goldengate.org after purchasing your tickets with date(s) of travel in SUBJECT LINE and your full name and contact information, direction(s) of travel, and the number of children in the BODY of the email. You will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days. This confirmation will be your child's "ticket" and must be printed and presented when boarding.

Ticket Purchase & Delivery:

Advanced purchase of Chase Center Ferry tickets is required. These tickets are NOT available at Golden Gate Ferry terminals. Chase Center ferry tickets are NOT refundable or exchangeable. Clipper cards are NOT accepted.

When viewing the tickets.com event calendar, be sure to choose the month/year of your event. Then, within the date of your event, click the first "T" for ferry tickets for the trip FROM Larkspur TO the Chase Center (departure time noted) or the second "T" for the return ferry trip FROM the Chase Center TO Larkspur. See graphic below & click it to be brought to the ferry ticket purchase site.

NOTES:

  • Please have ticket barcode ready for scanning at time of boarding.
  • If traveling in both directions, be sure to add both "events" or directions to your cart.
  • If you wish to get to the arena earlier or need to leave the game early, your Chase Center ferry ticket may be used on regular Larkspur Ferry service to/from the SF Ferry Building on the date printed on the ticket only.
  • In the event a direct trip to/from the arena is cancelled, your ferry ticket will be honored on regular Larkspur Ferry service to/from the SF Ferry Building.

Ferry Departure Times:

From Larkspur to the Chase Center, ferry departure times vary, depending on the start time of the game or event. See our Chase Center Calendar page for details.

From the Chase Center to Larkspur, the boat will depart promptly 45 minutes after final buzzer (or last encore). Note: The ferry dock in San Francisco is shared with other ferry operators and customers may be required to wait in an uncovered waiting area before boarding.

Travel time is about 60 minutes between Larkspur Ferry Terminal and the Chase Center.

Larkspur Terminal Location & Parking:

The Larkspur Ferry Terminal is located at 101 E. Sir Francis Drake Blvd in Larkspur. There is a main terminal parking lot and an overflow lot located on Larkspur Landing Circle.

Customers are always encouraged to use alternate modes of transportation to get to the terminal - visit our Larkspur Transit Alternatives page for complete details. Arrive early to allow plenty of time to meet the ferry departure! Walking time from the overflow lot to the terminal is approximately 10-15 minutes. Click for map with walking path from overflow lot.

Parking fees are required weekdays only when using the main or overflow lot between 5:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. All spaces (including HOV, disabled, and motorcycle parking) are subject to the fee, and any vehicle parked in the lot during this time is subject to the fee. HEADS UP! Due to an increase in vehicle and pedestrian traffic, drivers are advised to use EXTREME CAUTION when driving in any ferry terminal parking lot. Pedestrians are reminded to use crosswalks and to not run in the parking lot or in front of moving vehicles. Drivers are reminded to watch for pedestrians and not drive aggressively, to observe the 5 mph speed limit, and to observe the pedestrian right-of-way.

Chase Center:

The Chase Center is San Francisco's newest sports and entertainment destination. The ferry dock at Pier 48 is about a 12-minute (.5-mile) flat walk from the arena. Click map below for larger image. Fans choosing to drive to San Francisco from the North Bay should use the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge and San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge to access the Chase Center.

Alternate transit options to/from the Chase Center:

  1. Ride regular Golden Gate Ferry service from Larkspur, Sausalito, or Tiburon to the San Francisco Ferry Building and transfer to Muni (free with your Warriors ticket) to the Chase Center. Note: For late-night transit service to the North Bay, ride Golden Gate Transit Route 30, 70, or 101 from the Salesforce Transit Center.
  2. Ride Golden Gate Transit Routes 30, 70, or 101 to the Salesforce Transit Center, then take Muni to the Chase Center.

Advisories:

Passengers may NOT bring the following items on board: weapons or security-sensitive objects, open containers (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), alcoholic beverages, hard-sided coolers, and briefcases/diaper bags/purses/ backpacks/bags larger than 16"x16"x8". ALL bags are subject to search and passengers may NOT leave items unattended on the ferry.

Tailgating in the Larkspur Terminal lot is NOT permitted. Underage drinking in the terminal or onboard our ferries is NOT permitted. Golden Gate Ferry reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Illegal drugs
  • Weapons
  • Laser pointers
  • Briefcases/diaper bags/purses/backpacks/bags larger than 16"x16"x8"

  • Non-alcoholic beer or wine
  • Glass bottles/metal cans
  • Hard-sided coolers
  • Air-powered noise makers
  • Animals, except certified service dogs and service dogs in training

Items NOT ALLOWED in the Chase Center:

  • Weapons and dangerous devices of any kind including, but not limited to, pepper spray/mace, flares and fireworks
  • Bottles or cans
  • Backpacks (with the exception of single compartment drawstring bags that meet the NBA bag-size requirements and media backpacks that have been screened prior to entry)
  • Bags larger than L14” x W6” x H14” in size
  • Hard-side bags/coolers
  • Outside food/beverage (baby food permitted), alcohol, flasks, coolers
  • Drugs and illegal substances
  • Pamphlets or product samples
  • Skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, helmets, chairs
  • Laptop computers without proper credentials
  • 2-way radios
  • Cameras (no flash/professional photography, tripods or monopods, or selfie sticks) and lenses over 3” in length
  • Audio/visual recording devices
  • Drones
  • Signs/flags/banners/posters larger than 8.5” x 11” or attached to a pole/stick
  • Frisbees and beach balls
  • Laser pointers
  • Metal objects (i.e. license plates)
  • Noise making devices (i.e. air horns, whistles, drums, plastic horns, etc.)
  • Other items deemed unacceptable by arena management
