Why not arrive at the ING Bay to Breakers 12K starting line relaxed and ready to go by riding the Golden Gate Larkspur Ferry? With the race start at Mission and The Embarcadero just a few blocks from the Golden Gate San Francisco Ferry Terminal (located behind the San Francisco Ferry Building), let Golden Gate Larkspur Ferry get you to the race on time! Race starts at 8:00 am.

FERRY FARE

To ride one of the 4 added departures, the One-Way Adult Cash Fare is $7.10 and Children 5 and under ride free (limit two/adult). Discount Programs DO NOT apply for frequent tickets book users and youth for passage on any of the 4 added departures. Only discounts for seniors and persons with disabilities apply.

To avoid lines at ticket office on the day of the event, please purchase your tickets in advance. Tickets are not sold for a specific departure and vessels will be boarded on a first come, first serve basis.

TO RETURN TO START LINE AFTER THE RACE

Dedicated MUNI Express buses will pick up riders from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm, just outside ING Footstock in Golden Gate Park. Look for signage directing riders to the pickup area on Martin Luther King Dr between Sunset Blvd and 34th Ave, 300 yards south of the southern tunnel of the Polo Field. The fare is $7 and can be purchased as follows: (1) when you register for the Race (a MUNI sticker will be placed on your bib in the upper right-hand corner); (2) at the ING Greater Body Expo, or (3) on the day of the event at ING Footstock.
